When we refund — always

Your health comes before our sale. If you have a medical condition or disease that means you cannot take Energyze — or your doctor advises you to stop — we refund you in full. No debate, no friction.

When we don't — taste

Energyze is 100% natural dried leaf — it is real food, not candy engineered in a lab to be addictive. The Original tastes green and earthy because that is what a nutrient-dense leaf tastes like.

That is exactly why we created the flavored line — mango, lemon, and strawberry that are genuinely delicious AND healthy. If taste is your concern, the answer is a flavor, not a refund.

Refunds — quick answers

I have a medical condition and can't continue — how do I get my refund?

Email jad@getenergyze.com (or WhatsApp us from the Contact page) with your order number and a short note about the condition. That is the whole process — we refund in full, and your information stays private.

I don't love the taste of the Original. Can I return it?

Taste is not a refund reason — the Original is pure, unsweetened leaf and tastes like exactly that. But you have real options: mix it into a smoothie or juice where it disappears, or switch to our flavored line (mango, lemon, strawberry), which customers describe as genuinely delicious. Most "taste refund" requests end with a mango convert.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what happens?

That is on us, and it is not a "refund" conversation — we replace it immediately. Send Jad a photo and your order number and a new one goes out with the next courier run.

Why don't you offer "didn't work for me" refunds?

Because moringa is food, not magic — and food works through consistency. When we studied our own customers, the pattern was unmistakable: the ones who took it daily got results and reordered; the ones who took it "sometimes" felt little and asked for refunds. A refund cannot fix an unopened pouch sitting in a cupboard — a daily habit can. We choose to be honest about that instead of pricing fake guarantees into the product.

Can I cancel my order before it arrives?

Yes — if the courier has not left with it yet. Message us as fast as you can with your order number and we will pull it.
